About the Event
The Beyond Welcome team extends an invitation to celebrate Black History Month by visiting America's Black Holocaust Museum together in Milwaukee on Sunday, February 26th. The Museum's mission is to build public awareness of the harmful legacies of slavery in America and promote racial repair, reconciliation, and healing. Lunch of chili and a vegetarian soup will be provided at noon at MPLC for those visiting the museum together. ABHM is located at 401 W. North Avenue and is open from Noon to 5:00 on Sunday. Admission is free on February 26th in celebration of the one-year anniversary of its grand reopening. If you are meeting us directly at the Museum, please sign up and arrive at 2 PM.
