Yoga Sampler Class - Evening Session

MaryJo Sullivan from Yoga Roots invites you to try a free session of yoga at MPLC, meeting in Mygatts (next to Fellowship Hall). Gentle Chair Yoga will be offered at 11 AM both Tuesdays. Come enjoy the benefits of increased flexibility, strength and mobility from practicing yoga while using the chair for support. Hatha\Vinyasa Yoga (with mat) will be offered at 5:30 PM both Tuesdays. This class is open to all experience levels and aims to promote physical health and mental well-being through exercise, breath, work, and connection to self. Individual modifications will be offered.
